that being a mother would be the physical equivalent of running a continuous night and day marathon. I was not informed about the amount of sheer sweat that I would shed! The extreme physicality of the job it was never explained to me! You need the physical stamina of a Spartan to get through it all. There’s lunging, running, diving, spinning at times, hauling, a good deal of squatting – and no not just when you’re giving birth – leaping and of course running is a given. Good job I’m moderately athletic or I’d have never made it this far. Pregnant ladies my advice for you is this: Get to the gym and work on building up your pecs and your biceps.
